Terms & Conditions

Product guarantee

The characteristics of each product are shown on the site within each product sheet and are elaborated on the basis of the information transmitted by the individual producers. The same information, as well as the images and/or videos, are published for guidance and likewise all the commercial names, trademarks or distinctive symbols present on the site. The images and colors of the products on sale on The Green Life Store may not correspond to the real ones due to the Internet browser and monitor used.

Pursuant to articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code, each product bearing manufacturing defects has the same conditions set out in the legislation on the right of withdrawal and the customer can return them by activating the procedure indicated in the Returns and Refunds section. Our products are handcrafted by producers belonging to our circuit whose conformity is guaranteed by the producer himself. They are often produced in one size or measure, as regards clothing items, or they may have defects or imperfections due to the craftsmanship of the item.

Purchase and payments

The sale takes place between the customer and The Green Life through the thegreenlifestore.com platform which allows companies participating in the circuit to sell online. The purchase contract and support services (shipping, returns, payments) are managed by The Green Life and its partners (Wix Payment for payments and DHL for shipments). The responsibility of the products remains the responsibility of the manufacturer as indicated in the section "Guarantee of product conformity".

All orders, in fact, are subject to acceptance by The Green Life which reserves, at its sole discretion, the right not to process orders that are incomplete or incorrect, in the event of unavailability of the requested products, or in the event that the Customer does not qualify as a consumer or does not provide sufficient guarantees of solvency


In the cases indicated above, The Green Life will promptly inform the Customer, by e-mail, that the contract has not been concluded, indicating the relative reasons. In this case, The Green Life will reimburse the Customer for any sums already paid.


If the Customer intends to receive the invoice, he must send an Email to info.thegreenlifestore@gmail.com indicating: Company Name / Tax Code / VAT Number / Pec or Unique Code. The Green Life will issue the invoice which will be sent electronically, as required by the relevant legislation.


All prices indicated on The Green Life Store are expressed in Euros (€) and are to be considered inclusive of VAT. Shipping costs are excluded and are explicitly indicated before the purchase. They are also inclusive of VAT.


The Green Life reserves the right to modify the prices shown on the Site at any time according to the requests and needs of the producers themselves.


For the payment of the products and the relative shipping costs, it is possible to use Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard) and Rechargeable Cards such as Postepay. Plus PayPal and Klarna. The whole payment process is managed securely by our partner provider Wix with which our platform is integrated.

The Green Life does not have access to the customer's credit card data. Only the payment service provider will have access to this data. If the provider refuses payment, the order will be automatically canceled and the customer notified via e-mail.

Privacy Policy

The data provided to The Green Life, via the website www.thegreenlifestore.com (hereinafter the "Site") as part of the use of the services provided by The Green Life (hereinafter the "Services"), will be treated in compliance with data protection legislation personal data (GDPR EU Regulation 2016/679 and Italian Privacy Code). The Green Life informs users of the following.

1. Data Controller 

1.1. 2. Nature of the data processed and purpose of the processing 

2.1. The personal data processed are exclusively of users who have reached the age of majority, by personal data we mean any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, directly or indirectly by reference to any other information. The data processed are the data provided by the user to the Data Controller when registering for the newsletter service and / or requesting the supply / activation of a The Green Life Service and / or when sending communications to The Green Life via and - email or through a specific form to be filled in, such as name and surname, date of birth, e-mail address, postal address, telephone number, as well as the data collected by The Green Life while browsing the Site, such as the IP address , the information obtained through cookies.

2.2 The data will be used for the following purposes: 

A) for the execution of the requested Services, for the fulfillment of obligations established by law, regulations or community legislation, as well as for the exercise of rights in court; 

B) for the promotion, via e-mail, of telephone calls with an operator, sms, mms of commercial proposals relative and/or connected to the Services of The Green Life, and for the sending of advertising material exclusively concerning the products or services of The Green Life, and to conduct market surveys and send free samples or promotional gifts of modest value;

C) for the analysis of consumer habits and consumption choices, for the creation of a user profile based on the information and preferences shown while browsing the Site or while using the requested Services, for the purpose of sending of personalized advertising communications via e-mail, sms, mms, paper mail and telephone calls with an operator. The profiling activity as identified in section 2.2C will not produce legal effects on the user nor will it concern him personally, except for the communication and promotion of personalized offers.

3. Mandatory / optional nature of the provision of data 

3.1 The provision of the data requested at the time of activation of the Services for the purposes identified in the previous section 2.2A is mandatory, as it is strictly functional to the provision of the requested Services and to the fulfillment of legal obligations. Refusal to provide data will make it impossible for The Green Life to complete the process of providing the requested Services and/or fulfill legal obligations. 3.2 The provision of the data required for the purposes identified in the previous sections 2.2B, 2.2C is optional. The refusal of consent for the purposes referred to in sections 2.2B, 2.2C will have no effect on the provision of the Services. Users will still be able to use The Green Life services.

Users can oppose the processing for the purposes identified in sections 2.2B, 2.2C both immediately, by not giving their consent during the activation of the newsletter Service or other Services, and later, by sending an e-mail to_cc781905 -5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_info.thegreenlife@gmail.com. Users tick the checkboxes when activating the Services to consent to the use of the data identified above for the purposes specified therein; if users do not select a particular checkbox, it will be deemed that they have not consented to the processing for that purpose.

4. Processing methods 

4.1 Users' data will be collected online during the activation of the requested Services, by comparing elements of parts of information elements, or through the use of the e-mail service. 

4.2 Users' data will be processed through registration, consultation, communication, conservation and cancellation operations carried out mainly with electronic tools and manually, ensuring that suitable measures are taken to protect the security and guarantee the confidentiality of the data processed.

4.3 User data, stored in electronic / magnetic / digital form, is archived and archived on a server located in Italy; personal data kept in paper form will be filed in special registers and/or archives whose conservation must be guaranteed by placing the latter in special containers, kept in suitable rooms. The Green Life declares that the data recorded on its servers and / or in suitable premises are protected against the risk of intrusion and unauthorized access, and that it has adopted adequate security measures to guarantee the integrity and availability of the data and protect areas and places of conservation and accessibility. In particular, the company that hosts our server has been duly certified according to the Privacy Shield.

4.4 Personal data will be processed by employees and / or collaborators of The Green Life who act as data processors or persons in charge of processing, within the scope of their respective functions and according to the instructions given by The Green Life.

5. Data communication 

5.1 Users' personal data may be communicated to subjects appointed by The Green Life to provide the requested Services and to fulfill legal obligations. The data may be communicated to: 

a) people, companies or professionals who provide The Green Life with assistance, advice and collaboration in accounting, administrative, legal, tax and financial matters;

b) subjects delegated and/or appointed by The Green Life to carry out activities or parts of activities connected to the provision of the requested Services and all other external subjects who collaborate with The Green Life and must be informed of the data in order to correctly fulfill their obligations of The Green Life under the contract for the provision of services; 

c) Public Authorities in the exercise of their institutional functions, within the limits established by laws and regulations. User data will not be disclosed. The Data Controller has appointed Data Processors for the processing of personal data. The updated list of all Data Processors can be requested at the following email address a info.thegreenlife@gmail.com. The Green Life may update the list from time to time.

6. User rights 

6.1 Users (hereinafter "interested") have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the presence of their personal data and the purposes for which the data are processed. Users also have the right to request updating, correction, deletion or blocking of data and to refuse its use, in whole or in part. 6.2 Users' rights are listed below. Specifically: 6.2.1 The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him is being processed and, in this case, access to personal data and the following information. 6.2.2 The interested party has the right to be informed about:

a) the identity and contact details of the data controller and, where applicable, of the data controller's representative;

b) the contact details of the data protection officer, where applicable; 

c) the categories of personal data, their source, the purposes of the processing for which the personal data are intended, as well as the legal basis of the processing; 

d) any legitimate interests pursued by the data controller or by third parties;

e) the recipients or categories of recipients of the personal data, if any; 

f) where applicable, the fact that the data controller intends to transfer personal data to a third country or to an international organization and the existence or absence of an adequacy decision by the Commission, or reference to appropriate protections or suitable and the means by which to obtain a copy of them or where they have been made available.

6.2.3 In addition to the above information, the data controller provides the data subject with the following additional information: 

a) the retention period of personal data or, if this is not possible, the criteria used to determine this period;

c) where the treatment is based on the users' consent, the existence of the right to withdraw the consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent before the revocation;

f) the existence of an automated decision-making process, including profiling, and, in cases where this automated decision-making process produces legal effects concerning him or similarly significantly affects him, relevant information on the logic in question, the importance and consequences of this treatment for the data subject. 

6.2.4 The interested party has the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning him: 

a) for reasons relating to your particular situation, including profiling; 

b) where the personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, including profiling to the extent it is related to such direct marketing.

6.2.5 The interested party has the right to:

a) obtain from the data controller the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him without unjustified delay. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, the interested party has the right to obtain the integration of incomplete personal data, also by providing a supplementary declaration;

b) receive the personal data concerning him, which he has provided to The Green Life, in a commonly used and easily readable electronic format, and has the right to transmit such data to another data controller without interference;

c) obtain from the data controller the cancellation of personal data concerning him and the data controller has the obligation to cancel personal data without unjustified delay if one of the following reasons exists: - personal data are no longer necessary with respect to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed; - the interested party revokes the consent on which the treatment is based and where there is no other legal basis for the treatment; - the interested party opposes the processing and there is no overriding legitimate reason to proceed with the processing; - the personal data have been processed unlawfully; - the personal data must be erased to fulfill a legal obligation under European Union law or Member State law to which the controller is subject;

d) obtain from the data controller the limitation of the treatment.

6.3 To exercise the above rights and receive information on the subjects to whom the data are communicated, or on the subjects who may become aware of the data as data controllers or data processors, users can contact The Green Life by sending an inquiry using the contact details provided above. The data controller provides information relating to the action taken at the request of the data subject without undue delay and no later than one month after receiving the request. This period may be extended by another two months, if necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. The data controller informs the data subject of any extension within one month of receiving the request, together with the reasons for the delay. Where the interested party submits the request in electronic format, the information is provided by electronic means where possible, unless otherwise requested by the interested party.

7. Duration of treatment

7.1 Personal data will be processed with regard to the purpose referred to in section 2.2.A for no longer than the period necessary for the performance of the requested Services, and for the time necessary for the fulfillment of the civil, tax and fiscal obligations in force and in any case for a period not exceeding 10 years from the termination of the underlined obligation (according to the applicable provisions of the limitation period).

7.2 Personal data will be processed with regard to the purposes referred to in section 2.2.B (marketing/promotional activities) for no more than 24 months starting from the date on which consent was given to the processing of personal data.

7.3 Personal data will be processed with regard to the purposes referred to in section 2.2.C (profiling activities) for no more than 12 months starting from the date on which consent was given to the processing of personal data.

7.4 At the end of the data processing period, the data will be permanently deleted or anonymised.

8. Legal basis of the processing 

8.1 The legal basis of the processing must be established in accordance with the user's consent, compliance with a contractual requirement and the provisions of the law.

9. Update of the Privacy Policy

9.1 This Privacy Policy is subject to revision from time to time. The Green Life will notify users when changes to the data processing conditions are made by posting the changes on the website. If required by current legislation, users will have the opportunity to consent to each new data processing. In case of refusal by the user, his data will not be processed according to the changes to the new privacy policy.
