Shipping & Returns

Shipment

We try to fulfill all orders ready for delivery in 5 working days from receipt of payment. All shipments are made by courier with tracking directly from the manufacturer. The tracking code will be sent by email as soon as it is available. In the event that the package arrives in obviously damaged conditions, we ask you not to accept the delivery or to accept it with reserve, in order to be able to open a complaint procedure. If the package is accepted with reserve, we ask you to photograph the conditions of the closed package externally and internally in order to demonstrate the damage. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

The logistics partner we rely on for both Italy and abroad is DHL.

Shipping costs vary depending on the country of destination and in some cases on the volumetric weight.


Delivery times are a maximum of one week, depending on the location. 

Shipments are made in Italy and abroad. We ship worldwide.

Deliveries are made on weekdays, from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 18.00. It is not possible to choose the time or day of delivery, so it is advisable to indicate a delivery address where someone is always present and the mobile phone number.

Once the shipment has been activated, an informative email will be sent with the shipment data and the tracking number to follow the status of the order on the courier's website.

In the event of non-delivery due to the recipient's absence, the courier will leave a notice to certify the delivery attempt and the goods will return to the nearest branch. The notice will indicate the data to contact the courier within the following 3 days and define an appointment for the second delivery attempt.

Otherwise, the goods will go into storage for a maximum of 5 days, after which they will return to the sender, with delivery costs borne by the buyer.

Attention: We recommend that you visually check the package upon delivery by the courier. If it is not in perfect condition, we ask you to:


- accept it "with reserve"
- check the status of the content
- take photos in case of visible damage
- send notification and photos to info.thegreenlifestore@gmail.com


Our team will get in touch with you to verify the real status of the delivery and, if necessary, initiate the refund procedure.

Return and Refund

The Customer has the right to withdraw without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within the term of 14 days starting from the day of receipt of the purchased goods, pursuant to articles 64 and following of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 22.07.2005 n. 206). 

The right of withdrawal is exercised with the communication sent by e-mail to the address info.thegreenlifestore@gmail.com within the deadline and containing the following data: ​

  • Name and Surname of the applicant

  • Order number 

  • Description of item/subjects of return

  • Reason for return

 

The communication must be in case of withdrawal, the Customer is required to return the goods by shipping them within 14 working days from the date of receipt. Return address: The Green Life, Via Cavour n. 3A, 07026 Olbia (OT).

The costs for returning the products will be borne by the Customer, who will take care of the packaging and shipment which must be anticipated by mail to info.thegreenlifestore@gmail.com. The "Order Summary" received together with the products must be inserted inside the package. Without this document it will not be possible to proceed with the return/refund. Once we have received your return request, we will send you a confirmation email.

It is an essential condition for the Customer to exercise the right of withdrawal that the integrity of the Products to be returned is preserved. In particular, the Products must not have been worn, used, damaged, or lacking in integral elements of the product (accessories, instruction manuals, etc.). They must be in perfect condition and, where required, have the 'guarantee seal' intact. 

After receiving the return and verifying that all the terms and conditions mentioned above have been met, The Green Life will send the Customer an e-mail confirming acceptance of the return and proceed to refund the cost of the products by direct credit to the card used for payment within thirty (30) days from the date on which it became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Customer.

Warning: In accordance with art. 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is legitimately excluded for MOBILE PHONE CASES and CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS in which customization is explicitly requested as they are made to measure and clearly personalized.
